We only have the IBIS model for the device. You can find it on the product folder under the "Design tools & simulation" tab.

Hi TC-san,

Thank you very much for your support. I'm not familiar with IBIS model. They would like to know internal circuit like ESD diode, pull up or pull down resistor. Can IBIS model show such a internal circuit schematic?
