Hi,

Good Day. Customer wants to know since ADS1148EVM & ADS1248EVM kit is obsolete, is there another EVM kit that can be alternative for the said EVM?

If there is no alternative, is there a newer chip or ongoing development device that has EVM kit that has the same purpose with the two EVM kits?

I hope you can help the customer's query. Thank you very much.

    Hi Ray,

    There is a new EVM being developed for the ADS1148 and ADS1248, it should be available in the next few months.

    In the meantime, the ADS114S08 and ADS124S08 are the next-generation versions of the ADS1x48 devices. The ADS1x4S08 are greatly improved compared to the ADS1x48 devices and have more channels, faster data rates, more features, lower noise, lower power, better DC performance, smaller size, and are the same cost. And of course they have EVMs. I would point your customer to these newer ADCs if they are not already familiar with them.
