ADS1216: What is the desired common mode voltage for ADS1216?

I am trying to interface a pressure transducer with the ADS1216. I will be using it in differential mode. I cant seem to find the allowable Common mode voltage. I am going to be using Vref =2.5V, VDD=5V.

    Hi Vinitha,

    Welcome to the E2E forum!  The input range is specified in the ADS1216 data sheet for conditions where buffer is enable and buffer disabled.  As long as the absolute input voltage is within that range you should not see an issue.

    With the buffer disabled the input range can go 100mV below AGND up to 100mV above AVDD.  With the buffer enable you are limited to 50mV above AGND to AVDD-1.5V.
