Hello Team,

This is srikar, application engineer from coreel technologies , bangalore. in the month of march 2021 we have supplied a ADC10D1500RB/NOPB, but later on the board is not detecting in the customer PC. the customer is using windows 10 machine. can you please help me in resolving the issue. Also, please provide the inputs for the below mentioned points

1. what are the drivers to be installed

2. what is the tool which is used to see the out put

3. how can this board be compatible with the Xilinx Board.

4. documentation

hello Miguel,

Thanks for the reply. i also have one more issue with the board . he status LED's of TI board are not switching on after startup and only the power LED is glowing. Can you please help me suggest what could be the reason for that and how to resolve them.

Hi Srikar,

When you open Wavevision SW, does the program show that it is loading the firmware and recognize the ADC?

if not, then the SW isn't working correctly and the status lights won't go on.

Sometimes, this can happen as well if using a UBS hub. Try connecting the USB cable direct to the PC.
