As capture analog input voltage may reach to 5V, my design board VDD is 3.3V, but datasheet shows is VDD ±0.3V ,max value is 3.6V < 5V （maybe occur）so could you help me promote a suitable ADC can meet my design request , the mean is the analog input voltage pin AIN0/1/2/3, hope it can be more than 5V,,can you kindly help me to promote ADC similar as ADS1015 other parameter.
note: if change VDD voltage to 5V, my cpu operation voltage could not withstand .
