    Hi Chengxin,

    What is the current consumption you measure into the supply pins? Can you confirm you are following the power supply recommendations given in section 11 of the datasheet?

    I use a LDO to supply power to the chip. When something goes wrong, my LDO short-circuit protection, LDO output capacity is 800mA

    Hi Chengxin, 

    Are you certain you are hitting the current limit of the LDO? If not, have you been able to measure the current consumption during this fault event? 

    Can you please give some more details on the problem you are seeing and the conditions that lead to it? It sounds like this only happens some of the time. It is possible depending on the startup characteristics that you are latching the internal absorption device, but this will generally damage the device if this occurs. After this fault occurs, does the ADC still operate normally after restarting?
