ADC12DJ3200: OVR OVR output timing

I am unable to locate timing information for the OVR (out of range) signal for the the ADC12DJ3200.

i want to use OVR signal as a quick response signal to control another system.

So I need to konw the delay from the time when analog signal is over the threshold to the time when the ORA0 is setup.

the datasheet has the discription about the funcion of OVR， but i want to know the exact value of the latency

The latency is 1 clock cycle.
