Hi Team,

Our customer is trying to connect to the ADC12DJ5200RF GUI. He can see the FTDI driver being install but he cannot get the GUI to connect. According to the customer, the FDTI was not a problem during the 2020 summer as he was using the GUI on his computer back then. The driver is working without errors.

The supply voltage of the evaluation modules are good. The capture card and HSDC Pro capture GUI works fine. The FTDI Prog show the USB is connected to the FTDI FT4232 IC. It is not connecting in the GUI. What could be the cause of this issue?
