I have install the GUI per the User Guide. When I run it the following error occurs:
I have uninstalled and re-installed. Same error. I selected Yes from the above error box and installed the run-time engine directly from labview. Still same error.

The AFE4404 GUI requires 2014 (32 bit) labview run time engine (RTE). The GUI does not force install the 2014 version if a higher version is present.
First, can you please find out which versions of the RTE are installed on your machine?
You can look at the installed versions by going to the Control Panel -> Programs and Features and double click on "National Instruments Software".
If the Labview 2014 (32 bit) SPI RTE is not installed, then you can install from the below link:
