ADS1196: Need help in designing 3 Lead ECG device

We are planning to design 3 lead ECG measurements using ADS1196,

I am new to this ECG design so I am not sure how to connect the 3 Lead in the design,

I have used 3 channels to connect the positive leads, I would like to know how to connect the negative leads and is there a common lead which I need to connect.

Is there a 3 lead reference design that I can refer or please suggest how to connect the 3 leads in this design

I am attaching my schematics for your reference. Please suggest

Thanks for the post.

Based on the attached schematic, it is unclear which 3-lead ECG system you plan to use. Therefore, I have attached a 3-Lead/Electrode ECG application diagram using the ADS1293 for your reference. The diagram below illustrates how to connect the electrodes to the input channels. You can also refer to Figure 84 and Figure 88 of the ADS1293 datasheet for the 5-/8-/12-Lead ECG application system diagrams.

Please refer to the TI reference design TIDA-01614 for implementation of the 3-Lead ECG using the ADS1292.
