what is the maximum voltage for the analog input, when the device is powered OFF, in order to not stress it?

Hi Dalia,

I apologize for the delay.

We recommend that the signal applied isn't above the ESD diode threshold in order to turn it on, when no power is applied to the ADC.

So 0.6V or less is the recommendation.
