What is the manufacturing continuity of this product?

(I checked the life cycle on the WEB page, but I am worried that production will end soon)

The ADS1251 and ADS1252 are still fully active products and will follow TI's standard product life cycle process as described in the link below. The devices are popular and actively shipping so they will remain active.

TI does offer some newer devices with more integration in terms of channel count, speed, sensor excitation, high-voltage front ends, etc. if you're interested. Here's a few products:
