TLV5619: Required TINA-TI Spice model + Enquiry on Settling time

Part Number: TLV5619
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: VCA2617, DAC8831

Hello,

Is the TINA TI Spice model available for this DAC?

We wanted to use this DAC(TLV5619) along with the VGA(VCA2617) in our design. The SPICE model is available for the latter from the website but not the former.

We wanted to simulate the response time of the dac+vga, and was simulating the settling time of one of the DAC whose model was already available in the software (DAC8831). The response time for this DAC is same as TLV5619(1uS).

I was comparing the DAC output settling time for a larger output voltage (2.5V) vs a smaller output voltage (0.008V). I was expecting a smaller settling time for the smaller DAC output voltage. But the settling time seems to be similar(~1uS).

Is this kind of response expected in real time or is it a limitation on the simulation model? (Attaching pictures for reference)
