Hi All, 

I have a problem with my ADS124S08EVM, I can't get the connection with the software up and running. 

I have installed all the drivers as per manual but the software does not react to anything. 

I have tried reistalling all the parts again but I keep the same problemen. 

I have added some images of the status of the software that I get and of the location of the installed drivers. 

Does someone know how to solve this of what I am forgetting?

    Welcome to the E2E forum! One common mistake is loading the device package for the ADS124S08EVM but the connected EVM is actually the ADS114S08EVM.  The communication is accomplished by USB Bulk, so in Device Manager, check to see if the Tivaware Bulk Device shows when the EVM is connected.  If there is an Unknown Device, you may have to manually associate the device to the Tivaware Bulk Driver.

    Sometimes when you start the GUI and then plug in the EVM, the EVM is not recognized so try plugging in the EVM and then start the GUI.

    Another thing you can check is to see if there is any response from the EVM.  Select Files->Options and then in the General settings click on Console Tab Enable so that the additional tab Console can get displayed.  Then go to the main GUI window and select Console to see what gets displayed.

    I did manage to get the evaluation board and software running by reinstalling the drivers again. 

    But I was not able to remove my initial question, unfortunately.
