ADS1015-Q1: Replacement of ADS1015AQDGSRQ1

Part Number: ADS1015-Q1

Dear, support team.

Our customers are using ADS1015AQDGSRQ1
(Is the A suffix a custom grade?)
The A suffix is not listed in the data sheet.

We are considering replacing ADS1015AQDGSRQ1 with ADS1015BQDGSRQ1 due to delivery problems.
Is there any difference between ADS1015AQDGSRQ1 and ADS1015BQDGSRQ1 in terms of electrical specifications and temperature and AEC-Q100 Qualify test?
Are there any other suffixes I can recommend?

Best Regards,
Hiroaki Yuyama

  • Hi Yuyama-san,

there is no difference in electrical specifications, temperature range or AEC-Q100 qualification between ADS1015AQDGSRQ1 and ADS1015BQDGSRQ1.
The only difference between the two devices is the fab location where the devices are manufactured.
We don't show the A-version in the datasheet anymore because we would like to encourage customers to switch to the B-version. But you can still purchase the A-version of course.

    Regards,
    Joachim Würker

  • Hi Joachim-san,
    Thank you for your answer.

I understood the difference between the A and B suffixes as the fab location where the devices are manufactured.
And I understand that the A suffix is not listed in the data sheet.

    Best regards,
    Hiroaki Yuyama
