Hi
In the ADS54J66 datasheet, I found these Specifications
All the Spectifications are in dBFS
I am confused of this conversion.
Can you guide me with the conversion from dBFS to dB ?

Hi Pavan,
The dB unit is a generic unit and does not have any reference (unless specified). In older datasheets, dB may refer to either dBc or dBFs unknowingly, which is an issue when comparing data converter performance... To eliminate this confusion, TI lists the performance of data converters using dBFs (dB to full-scale). dBFS is always referencing the full-scale value (2^bits -1) of an ADC. The other term, dBc (dB to carrier), is always referencing the carrier. You may find more information regarding the differences in this article. Additionally, you may find our TI Precision Labs training videos to be helpful at this link.
