TSW1400EVM: AFE5812EVM with TSW1400EVM

Hi Jatin,

When D5 and D6 are not lit, it implies that the TSW1400 card is not receiving any LVDS clock. This can happen when both cards are not docked properly or when AFE is not receiving the clock at all. Could you please confirm the status of JP9 connector ?

Please make sure jumpers are connected like above so that ADC clock is being driven by oscillator on board.

Yes the jumpers are sitting as shown in picture above.

Hi Jatin,

Can you please confirm if SPI to AFE5812 is working ? You can confirm this toggling PDN_Fast_VCA button in Power Down settings tab. If SPI is working fine, you should see current reducing from the power supply.

Also, could you make sure that the power supply which is driving TSW1400 have at least 5A current capacity ?

There was a problem with the connector between AFE and TSW1400. So, this resolved the issue. But anyways, i am following the User MANUAL of AFE5812EVM and under Section 5.2, it says to change the Test Pattern from Ramp to Analog input. However, there is no such option as Analog Input under Test Pattern. So what should i select there?None or something else. Also, the Figure 10 in Manual is Missing.
