Part Number: ADS1278-SP

Since this AD1278-SP (ADS1278MHFQ-MLS) is not using an SMD specification,

- Is there any dedicated document for procurement in addition to datasheet?

- Are similar QCI reports available in case of ordering as part of datapack?

- Is the manufacturing follow MIL-PRF-38535 QML V?

Hi Manuel,

I believe the datasheet is the only procurement document for this device. We don't generally offer datapacks for any of our devices, but the quality and reliability data can be found here: https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=ADS1278MHFQ-MLS

The reason this device does not have an SMD is because it is manufactured in a fab that is not currently QMLV qualified. The manufacturing flow does follow MIL-PRF-38535 for adherence to QMLV-RHA qualification, but given the status of the fab an SMD number cannot be issued.
