Could you provide the datasheet of ADS1015QDGSRQ1, we can only found the datasheet of ADS1015BQDGSRQ1 in your website. Thanks very much.

    Dear Fei,

    welcome to our e2e forum and thank you for your interest in our ADS1015-Q1.

    There is actually no functional, performance or feature difference between ADS1015QDGSRQ1 and ADS1015BQDGSRQ1. The datasheet on ti.com does therefore cover both versions.
    The only difference is that during the qualification of ADS1015QDGSRQ1 we did not perform 100% all tests required as per AEC-Q100.
    We therefore released the ADS1015AQDGSRQ1 afterwards which meets all requirements of AEC-Q100.
    Later we then qualified the device in a second wafer fab. This is what ADS1015BQDGSRQ1 is then.

    In short the difference between ADS1015QDGSRQ1 and ADS1015BQDGSRQ1 is in the AEC-Q100 qualification and the wafer fab.
    For new designs we recommend using the "B" version. That is why we are not showing the other versions on ti.com anymore.
