AFE5828: AFE5828 PGA HPF is removed from AFE5818

Hi,

For the cost effectiveness, we are looking for AFE5828 instead of AFE5818 as our ultrasound solution.

From the AFE5818 datasheet, PGA HPF act as a dc offset correction circuit, but it's removed on AFE5828.

Could any expert can share the information or experience that if any side-effect for the ultrasound application?
