ADS1246: ADS1246 counts are off by half

Good day folks

I am using the aforementioned ADC unbalanced (+3.6V, -1.0V), 2.048Vref, auto-ranging the PGA, one-shot operation through the wake/sleep commands.

My problems is that any input voltage greater than 0.5V the counts are of by 2 and would appreciate any incite into what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Neale,

Can you help us understand a few things so we can provide better support?

What voltage levels are you applying to the ADC inputs? What are the output codes you receive from the ADC when you apply these voltages?
What is the voltage input source to the ADC? Is the source grounded/connected to the ADC board, or is the source floating relative to the ADC?
Do you have a schematic to share so we can see how the VREF, etc., are connected to the ADC?

Found my issue, I was not updating the sys0 register correctly when attempting to auto-range.
