AFE58JD48EVM: how to initiate the AFE58 from a FPGA

I am studying how to initiate the AFE58JD48EMV,  for final product design, the AFE58JD48 will be controlled by a FPGA instead of an external PC(USB).  is there any document that explain how the windows software load the registers of the AFE58JD48.  I guess need to port the function of the windows software to an embedded processor on the FPGA. I have a TI software package include a lot of files like: AFE58JD48vA_Register Map. AFE58JD48vA_GUI.cfg.

I don't know how to use them.  please provide some suggestion and hint how to make this design works. appreciate your help.
