DAC38J84: JESD MODE Selection

Part Number: DAC38J84
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC38J82,

Hi everyone,

I have used DAC DAC38J82 for generating only one Output with Output Frequency upto 700 MHz by using following configuration

LMF = 421
Sampling frequency : 2.4576GHz

Now I am planning to use DAC DAC38J84 instead of DAC38j82 for generating two outputs with same output frequency.

I referred the test results shared in following link.
e2e.ti.com/.../3047437

But in that configuration  JESD Mode LMF= 841 has been used. Since I am going to replace DAC38J82 with DAC38j84, Only 4 lanes can be used.

Hence I am planning to go with JESD Mode which is having 4 number of lanes.
Is possible to generate the same output Frequency (as mentioned in the link) with LMF=442 mode?

If not possible, Please suggest the alternate mode which is having 4 number of lanes.

Thanks,

Vigneshwar Raj
