ADS8353: Digital noise on ACQ

Part Number: ADS8353

Hello,

I use the ADS8353 in Single SDO mode 32CLK, depending of the level of signal, I have digital noise.

An STM32 microcontroller is used for this, with a D flip flop to correct the phase shift of SDO output of ADS8353.

Currently, I don't have a pulse of the clock between frames, what is the reason for that ? (48CLK with /CS at low).

At specific values, the noise coming from the ADC is totally ok, and at other levels, digital noise appears (i.e. : 100 and sometimes a peak at 250) without intermediate value.

The input capacitor is 1nF with x2 4.7ohm resistors (pseudo differential), Internal Vref is used and decoupling capacitor (10µF) as mentioned in datasheet.

Can you help me ?
