Is it correct to interpret that ADC108S102 and ADC108S052 are upward compatible with ADC108S022?

I read the data sheet.

I read that these differences are only different in the conversion throughput rate.

I posted it because I want to confirm the above.

Hello,

Yes, the three devices you've mentioned are functionally equivalent with exception of the maximum conversion rates. Note that the SCLK signal and frequency directly drives the conversion timing on these devices and so you would need to slow down your SCLK when moving from the faster ADC108S102 to the slower ADC108S022. Moving from the ADC108S022 to either of the devices will not require updates.
