Hi Team

I am now working for a temperature measurement system with ADS124S08,I need your help to figure out Application Note of the chip interfaced to NTC.

If not, something internal and not published files or suggests yet, that would also great!

Could you give me a hand

Hi William,

Our thermocouple cookbook actually has some information in it about measuring NTCs - please see section 2.8.2 in the following guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sbaa274/sbaa274.pdf

We also have temp sensing firmware available for the ADS124S08 that can help linearize and convert the NTC output: https://www.ti.com/tool/ADC-TEMP-SENSOR-FW

This should be a good amount of information to get started with your design.
