I am trying to test the evaluation board for the ADS58B19 ADC but it seems impossible to get any output from the chip itself.
I use an LVDS clock from an FPGA board as clock input and 20MHz sinus 1.5Vpp as signal input.
The ADC supply is correct regarding the datasheet.
How can we see if the chip works well and/or is not damaged ?
I tried to request thanks to the GUI software a test pattern but nothing seems to appear on the J5 connector of the board...
Please any suggestion should be very helpful.
