Part Number: TSW14J56EVM

Hi Team,

We have received this inquiry from our customer,

The TSW14J56EWM is based on a FPGA sold by Intel. This component is marked as « obsolete » on the Intel’s website.

As we are doing a heavy job on the modification of the configuration of the FPGA (we need to add some signal processing on the data flow). All this is done on Quartus environment.

We don’t want to invest tons of work on one device if you are already planning to shift the eval board to another FPGA.

Is it possible for you to give me some information on the future of this board, will you change the FPGA? Did you stock enough Intel’s components for the next 10 years??

    Danilo,

    If this part is going obsolete, we will refer customers to use the newer TSW14J57EVM, which uses the Arria 10 10AX115H1F34E1SG FPGA. This board supports all of the same ADC, DAC and AFE boards that the TSW14J56EVM does and more.
