About the chain mode of ADS8327, it used the separate CS to connect GPIOx of controller, I'd like to confirm if CS could connect together?

Yes, you can connect all /CS pins together to a single GPIO pin. You will lose the EOC function. In this case, after starting a conversion, you will need to delay the maximum conversion time of 1714nsec before pulling /CS low and reading the data out.
Using the internal clock, the minimum CCLK frequency is 10.5Mhz, or a maximum period of 95nsec. Each conversion cycle takes 18 CCLK clock cycles, for a maximum conversion time of 18*95nsec=1714nsec.
Also, since the EOC/INT pin on ADS8327 (#1) is configured as an input (CDI function), you should connect this pin to ground through a 10kohm resistor.
