AMC1303M2510: Analog input resistance

Hi Experts,

There is an explanation about differential analog input on the datasheet. There is a sentence "differential input resistance of the AMC1303x25x is 22k ohm". What is this "22k ohm" come from? Looking at figure 55, there is 220 k ohm resister. Are they same or different?

My customer is going to use AMC1303 to measure high side DC current.
