DAC8162: Difference between DAC8162 and DAC8162T.

Part Number: DAC8162

Hi team,

I'd like to know about the difference between DAC8162 and DAC8162T.
Are these two different the die?
Could you tell me detail about different specs?

And, I have some questions about the datasheet.

1: Do you have an INL spec for DAC8162T?

2: Do you have a 14bit version of the graph below?

Sincerely.
Kengo.

  • Hi Kengo-san,

The  DAC8162T hast TTL logic enabled. All other specs are the same. You can see in the logic inputs section that the DAC8162T has a logic high of 2.1V

The logic high of the DAC8162 is 0.7xAVDD:

The INL for the DAC8162T is given in the static performance section as relative accuracy. It is the same as the DAC8162.

I don't see any 14-bit versions of those datasheet figures.

    Best,

    Katlynne Jones
