DAC53204: Voltage on GPIO or I2C when VDD=0

Part Number: DAC53204

Hi

Is there any protection/limitation If voltage is applied through a 20K pull-up resistor to GPIO pin when the DAC53204VDD is 0?

Same regarding the I2C, what if the I2C pull up is connected to a different voltage that is not related to the DAC and it is up before the DAC53204 VDD is supplied

Thanks,

Alex
