ADS7822: About difference between ADS7822EB/2K5 and ADS7822EB-1/2K5 (-1 version)

Part Number: ADS7822

Hi Team,

We would like to know the difference between ADS7822EB/2K5 and ADS7822EB-1/2K5 (-1 version).

We understand that ADS7822EB-1/2K5 (-1 version) is EOL device.

However, we can’t get ADS7822EB/2K5 so we have to use ADS7822EB-1/2K5 (-1 version).

Could you please le us know if you have any information?

Hi Hide,

We searched all over the place for more information on this -1 version but came up empty handed. Our best guess is there might have been slightly different minimum/maximum specs with typical specs being similar. Again, this is only an educated guess.

Could you pleas send me datasheet of -1 version if you have?

And, is it possible that there is a difference other than " Electrical characteristics"?

(For example, Reel shape, Eco Plan(RoHS & Green), Lead finish etc.)

Unfortunately, we could not find a data sheet. There is a possibility that there are some other differences but it's unlikely.
