ADC12DJ3200EVMCVAL: Transport pattern coming out incorrectly on KCU105

Part Number: ADC12DJ3200EVMCVAL
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC12DJ3200, ADC12DJ3200EVM

Using the KCU105 reference design and the bit file supplied, I am able to get the ramp to work, showing up on the rx_data of the JESD core. When I switch to transport test mode, I cannot get the expected pattern to appear, I get a two word repeating pattern out of the JESD core:

 f0021ff0d2221dd2c3321cc3e1121ee1f0021ff0d2221dd2c3321cc3e1121ee1 (first)
 50f0043f50d2243d50c3343c50e1143e50f0043f50d2243d50c3343c50e1143e (second)

which does not match the JMODE0 transport test pattern. I have tried swapping the IO's to match the EVM pinout, but that just swapped the 64 bit values within the 256 bit values shown above, no content change.

I do not see any frame errors and the transport outputs do not have the pattern as well, as it is based on the rx_data shown above.

Any suggestions on what to try to get the transport test pattern to appear?

Thanks,

Marc Burke
