ADS4122: Digitial Power supply <1,8V possible

Part Number: ADS4122

Hello together,

at the moment wer are busy designig and ADC application using a part of the ADS41xx familiy interfacing with a FPGA.

Problem is that a DDR3- Memory must be connected to the FPGA at the same bank. So there is no chance to adapted power supply to use I/Os to match ADCs and DDR3 requirements. That means we have to decide wich power supply we will use at that bank. At the moment we prefer to use 1.5V. But that means it will not fit to ADC's requirements. The use of level shifters should be avoided because of a lack of space on the pcb.

So my question is: Is it possible to power ADS41xx device with a digital power supply <1.8V without running into functional problems? In that case 1.5V would be sufficient and best matching.

When looking into the datasheet I can only find the absolue maximum ratings (-0.3  to 2.1V) and the recommended operation condition(1.7 to1.9V) for DRVDD.

Thanks in advance
