Please explain what I should to do-
Into the datasheet (SLAS950A –MAY 2013–REVISED JUNE 2015) , page33 8.4.6 wrote
"For such synchronous updates, the LDAC pin is not required, and it must be connected to GND"
but into the TIDU434-August 2014 page1 it connected to AVDD.

Hi Mik,
The LDAC pin should be held low for synchronous updates. It looks like the LDAC pin might be connected to some LDAC signal on the TIDU434 board schematic:
They were either controlling the LDAC pin from another source or they set the LDAC register for each channel to 1 which internally ties each channel's LDAC low:
