ADS127L11EVM-PDK: Can not log in GUI

Hi team,

I have sucessfully installed ADS127L11EVM-PDK and labview 2012 run time f3 as following:

but when I open the GUI,it will blocked as following as like I have no labiview.

Have you gathered similar question before? could you give some advice here?

    Hello Mia,

    There may be a bug in the ADS127L11EVM-PDK installation package.  It appears the NI Package Manager installed by the ADS127L11 installer is an older version and not compatible with the LabVIEW Runtime 2019 package.  However, based on your screenshot, you now have the latest version of the installer, 21.3.0.

    When you opened the NI Package Manager, did you upgrade it?

    Please uninstall the ADS127L11EVM-PDK and reinstall it.  The correct version of LabVIEW Runtime (32-bit) 2019 SP1 should now install and hopefully the software will work.

    Please let me know if this fixes the problem.

    Hi Keith,

    The ads127L11 software package I used is dowloaded roughly two month ago.

    I uninstall both the ADS127L11 GUI and NI related software, and download the latest version software package from our website.

    And it could log in normally already.
