ADS7853: Difference in sampling accuracy between ADS7253 and ADS7853

Hi,

Before,ADS7253 is used in mass production products.

Now we use ADS7853 to replace ADS7253 with only change the SPI's protocol,

and sampling accuracy becomes worse.

What factors will affect this difference?

    Hello Eric,

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please elaborate further on the error you see? On the analog side, the input impedance and sampling capacitance are exactly the same in both devices. We only expect AC performance to improve with the higher resolution devices variants.
