AFE5803: AFE5803 DNC pins at L6、M6、L7、M7

Dear TI experts:

As regards to the AFE5803, i have some questions about the DNC pins, which are listed below. Could you kindly give me some help on this?

Detailes of question:

Q1: what's insde the chip of the DNC pins at L6、M6? Could i connect 1.8V to the DNC pins at L6 and M6?

Q2: what's inside the chip of the DNC pins at L7、M7? Could i connect GND or 2.5V to the DNC pins at L7 and M7?
