Thanks for your response.

Yes, I could see the footprint from the device folder as you mentioned.

Looking into footprint, we can see that the cooper pad size is 14 mils. Client would like to get also the suggested size of Mask opening diameter and Paste diameter.

Currently both parameters are identical in their size to the copper size in the footprint model.

Hi Archie,

Both the Mask and Paste diameters depend on the PCB manufacturer requirement. Please refer to the Application Report below for more information on the BGA packaging and recommendations.
