ADS5474: High speed ADC with communication interface

We want to measure pulse width with adc. The incoming pulse signal is maximum 200MHz(>5ns pulse).The ADS5474 seems suitable for this job.

But we have 2 important criteria;
1) We want to do this work with Mcu. Mcu connection with ADS5474 would be ok? Or should Fpga be used?
2) We think that reading data from adc with communication such as SPI, I2C will make our work easier. For this reason, we are looking for an ADC that is faster than 400MSPS and works with SPI. (Of course we need to be able to use it with MCU)
We do not want to enter the use of fpga.

What are your ADC recommendations?

    I am not sure the ADS5474 can even interface with an MCU. The digital data coming from the ADC would be too fast.

    Unfortunately, an FPGA/ASIC or similar would be the best choice in order to capture the data appropriately at these speeds.
