ADC34J42EVM web page suggests a TSW14J57EVM can be used to evaluate ADC. Upon receipt of both EVMs documentation indicates that A TSW14J50EVM is he appropriate eval to use with the ADC34J42EVM. I need to return the J57EVM. Customer support indicated that I need technical support input to initiate this process. Thanks.

Hi Joel,

Give us a few days. We are seeing if we can support the J57 data capture EVM using the ADC34J42EVM with some software modifications, which we will send to you if this works.

If this doesn't work, we will certainly work to return the board in exchange for the correct one.

Rob. Thanks. Due to project timing constraints I already ordered and received a J50 capture EVM, which appears to be almost working. Please let me know how to return the J57. Thanks, Joel

Can you let me know where you purchased the J57 data capture card?

Through TI or other? If other, you will need to seek their return policies.

If TI, then I will start the return process and let you know what is needed.
