TSW14J50EVM: TSW14J50EVM High Speed Data Converter Pro GUI issue

I have a TSW14J50EVM connected to a ADC32J42EVM.  Installed and running High Speed Data Converter Pro GUI  v5.20.

Per SLAU576A–May 2014–Revised April 2016, user guide, after firmware download, screen should look like following:

My screen look like this:

Note that the "rightmost" tab - ADCxxxxx - is missing in my case.

Any thoughts?
