AFE5805: Noise issue that AFE isn't recovering from

Hi,

I'm trying to debug a problem with an product using AFE5805s. Sometimes during powerup, the AFE seems to get into a "bad" state where it's noise floor jumps to 60dB (system NF is typically around 15dB). The noise appears to be random although with a high enough input signal I can make out some signal in the noise but it's essentially drowned out. Usually this happens when it's powered on, but I've seen it go into this state after a high amplitude input signal is supplied. Sometimes it will recover after a few minutes but often it does not. Does anyone have any similar experience? Any ideas where I should start looking? Could this be one of the amp stages getting into a positive feedback loop?

Would it be possible for you to share the image of the output in the bad state?

Please provide me some time to do some research and consult with my colleagues on this issue. Also, do you see this phenomenon happening on multiple devices?
