Hi, I would like to know how much is the input bandwidth (-3dB) could support for SM73201.

    Hello JJ,

    The analog input bandwidth is primarily limited by the sample switch resistance (R-sample=200ohm) and the sampling capacitance (C-sample=20pF). You can find these values in the 'Input Settling' section of the datasheet, along with Figure 34.

    The estimated -3dB bandwidth is then f-3dB=1/(2*PI*Rsample*Csample)=39.8MHz
