I want to know INL and DNL of ADS42B49, but I can't find it in the datasheet.
Please help me.

Sohee,

The ADS41B49 datasheet specified INL (bottom of sheet 10 and Figure 18) is valid for the ADS42B49. This is the only data available regarding DNL/INL for both parts.

The data sheet only has an INL spec.
