We are applying an input VREF signal using external VREF driver. At the same time the REF_SEL pin is connected to pull up resistor. Which means that internal reference voltage is used for ADC. So both internal & external power supplies are present at the reference pin of ADC.Is there any problem?

    Hello,

    This situation leads to a signal conflict. Such long-term working conditions may cause a damage to the device. If the internal refence voltage is used, your external voltage reference should be disconnected. If your external voltage reference is expected, the REFSEL pin should be shorted to GND.
