ADS8321: Question about VCC / VREF and IN+

I have a need for an ADC that can do 3.3V SPI signals, while taking a 0~5V input analog signal.
If possible, a device that is P2P with ADS8321 would be great, but I haven't found anything on ti.com...

ADS8320 can accept 3.3V for VCC, but then IN+ can only go as high as VREF, which is limited to <VCC...

If nothing P2P is available, any other options with similar DR/16bit capability?

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for your post. I'm not immediately finding anything that's P2P with a higher input voltage range than ADS8321. 

    Can you elaborate more on the signals being measured in this applications? Is it truly a differential signal (i.e. both IN+ and IN- swing from 0V to 5V)?
