AFE4960EVM: Scripts not loading/running

I am evaluating the AFE4960 EVM board, but cannot get the Bio-Sensing application to recognise any scripts. The Bio-Sensing script-editor loads OK, but none of the scripts appear in the left-hand window. Any help in loading scripts would be very welcome.
