ADS8320-HT: bond pad coordinates do not match

Hi,

According to customer, the bond pad coordinates do not match in the picture in the datasheet.

They want to have the correct coordinates since it affects their production.

    Hello Yago-san,

    The bond pad coordinates are correct, but the definition of the origin is inconsistent. Please refer to the drawing on page 2 to understand how the dimensions in Table 1 are specified relative to the origin at the top-left:

    Using this reference diagram and the coordinates in Table 1, the following drawing can be reproduced: 

    The drawing below Table 1 in the data sheet defines the origin as the bottom-left corner. If you rotate the data sheet drawing 90 degrees clockwise, the result will be the same as I drew above:
